Onsite Tutorial Services

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of onsite (in-person) tutorial services by KEIG Edu Advocacy. By enrolling in or using our services, students and/or parents/guardians agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Services
KEIG Edu Advocacy provides onsite educational tutorial services at our premises, client premises, schools, or other agreed locations. Services may include individual or group tutoring sessions, assessments, and learning materials.
2. Enrollment and Eligibility
- For minors, enrollment must be completed by a parent or legal guardian
- Accurate and complete information must be provided at registration
3. Fees and Payment
- All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Fees are charged on a monthly basis
- Payments are non-refundable, except as stated in Section 6
- Late payments may result in suspension of services
4. Attendance and Punctuality
- Students are expected to arrive on time for all scheduled sessions
- Late arrivals will not extend session time
- Missed sessions without prior notice are considered forfeited
5. Health, Safety, and Conduct
- Students must follow all safety rules and staff instructions while onsite
- Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated
- KEIG Edu Advocacy reserves the right to remove any student whose behavior affects others
6. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds
- Session cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice
- No refunds for missed sessions without notice
7. Tutor Assignment
- Tutors are assigned based on availability and expertise
- We reserve the right to change tutors if necessary
- Tutor changes do not entitle students to refunds
8. Learning Outcomes Disclaimer
While we strive to support academic improvement, KEIG Edu Advocacy does not guarantee specific results, grades, or exam outcomes.
9. Intellectual Property
All learning materials provided during sessions remain the property of KEIG Edu Advocacy and are for personal use only. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.
10. Photography and Recording
- Recording of sessions is not permitted without written consent
- Photographs may be taken for internal or promotional use unless written objection is provided
11. Liability
- KEIG Edu Advocacy is not responsible for personal belongings brought onsite
- Participation in onsite services is at the student’s own risk, except where liability cannot be excluded by law
12. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if:
- These Terms and Conditions are violated
- Fees remain unpaid
- Student conduct is deemed inappropriate or unsafe
13. Changes to Terms
KEIG Edu Advocacy may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
